"Wall Street and Websites"
Wall Street:
After visiting the New York Stock Exchange and being on the trading floor, it occurred to me that with the speed of today's technology, we should all be able to make pretty good money with the stock market.
With real-time quotes from Wall Street, super-fast stock trades, and low brokerage fees, anyone with a personal computer and a little cash can begin trading like a pro. It's not uncommon to buy a stock and then sell it a few minutes (or even seconds) later. Not exactly day-trading. More like minute-trading.

Please remember that buying and selling stocks is a business, and does involve some risk. Although it is possible to lose most or all of your money, it's pretty unlikely if you trade the same way I do, which I'll be happy to share with you.
Websites:
I also make websites for businesses and individuals. You can visit a couple of the websites I've made for others by clicking on the links below..
Me:
I'm 45, married to a lovely woman for 21 years, three sons. One at UC Santa Barbara (a darn good journalist), one in the Navy (a darn good avionics engineer), and one just graduating from high school (a darn good actor and a smart retailer).
My Business Card:
My Wife:
A very special person. I often think she's really an angel cleverly disguised as a normal human. She is definitely a special soul. She's one of those people that are so warm and friendly that you can't forget her. She keeps me on the straight and narrow.
My Stocks:
I don't have any. The stocks I buy each day I sell before the end of the trading day. That way I can sleep well and not worry about the market.
My Music:
All over the
board. From classic rock to soulful blues, punk and hip-hop to elevator music.
I was kind of shocked while in an elevator at the John Hancock building in
Chicago when I heard
a symphonic
rendition of The Beatles' 'I get by with a little help from my friends'. Guess
I'm getting old. I
collect tunes from the net and I trade them on CD with others, which allows me to
have a humongous collection of great music. I enjoy music.
My Computer:
Nothing flashy here. Just an old 266 with 64 MB and a CD burner. Cable. I started with an Apple computer in 1979, learned how to write software and took it from there. I still write custom software for special clients. My price is $50.00 per hour for website development - $100.00 per hour for custom software.
If you have any computer questions, fell free to call me or send an e-mail. I always like to hear from new friends and be of help whenever possible.
Thanks for dropping by.
